We charge a flat $50.99 for overnight delivery to your doorstep, regardless of the number of reptiles, amphibians, or inverts you buy. Please read our shipping information page before ordering.

We ship overnight. Most packages arrive by 11:30am. If you live in a smaller town, or in a rural area it may arrive between 12-4pm.

We also offer HOLD FOR PICKUP at your closest FedEx center, so you can pick the package up after work/school.
Our shipping days are Monday- Friday. Reptile orders placed before 2pm usually get shipped the same day .
Reptile orders placed after 2pm, get shipped the following day.
Ex: If you place your order at 5pm Monday, we will ship Tuesday, and you will receive Wed. Morning.
You may request an alternate shipping day. Please email us at to let us know what day works for you.

We ship with FedEx Priority Overnight for arrival on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays (weather dependent).

We will NOT ship reptile orders until we have made contact with the customer and scheduled a ship/arrival date. Someone must be available at the delivery address to accept the package, or FedEx will not leave it.

If temperatures prevent shipping directly to the home address, we can also have your order held for pick up at the nearest FedEx Ship Center that holds live animals. 

Shipping dates are subject to change based upon weather and FedEx scheduling. 

For winter shipping; temperatures must stay above 25 degrees (both here and at the destination) for us to safely ship out.

Temperatures in the destination area must stay above 35 degrees to be able to deliver to a home address.

Any area under 35 degrees, must be held for pick up at the nearest FedEx facility, that will hold a live animal.  

For summer shipping; temperatures must be 90 or below to ship. If it is above 80 we may need to have it held for pick up at the nearest FedEx facility that can hold a live animal.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will send you a return label.
